Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: There was not sketchy behaviours and none was affected directly by my mistake.

Previous TWC & disputes if applicable: I have never recived any TWC, DNT or BANs in 1 year on this forum (This is my main and only living, I'm here to work)

No support, I discussed this with @TySimpson and @Pendulum. If you're not doing the service yourself, it's outsourcing, seems like he still doesn't understand this. Instead of linking the report, he spent his entire time explaining something that's already clear.

 

If a user comes to your advertised service, they expect you to be doing the work. If you are not doing the work, it is outsourced. It doesn't matter if they are your roommate or across the world, its not you doing the work.

Why does this matter? A random person that works for you does not have the same trust/merit that you posses.

Having 'not outsourced' on the top of your thread layout, but then having a worker do it is exactly why a TWC was placed. Fix this and mention clearly that you have workers in your TOS & Layout and i'll support the removal @CryptoGOLD
