Hello, Deezed here. I am disputing a ban which was given to on the 21st of February. Here is the thread title which the accuser made: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1032338
I am disputing this ban because I had no opportunity to either explain my side of trade or discuss with the administrators, i was given the ban hammer instantly, which I believe is not fair at all. The trade basically involved me selling upgrades for 7m RSGP each. itsrickjames agreed to go first and gave me 7m in cash. I gave him the upgrade code instantly, however he claims it did not work. I told all of my upgrades do work and I cannot issue any sort of refunds, because he did not make a video of him applying the pin nor did he agree to team viewer.
I had to log off MSN for personal reasons however I did give him the opportunity to PM Me in case he needed further assistance, but I did not receive any PM on sythe nor did I receive a message on MSN.
I am hoping that my ban will be lifted because there is no evidence that reveals that I did scam him. The upgrade code I gave him works perfectly, however he is denying it.
