Disputing my ban

Note: I submitted a dispute 19 hours ago but it did not appear so I decided to re-submit. Sorry if it was still in the process of being approved.

Hello staff and members of Sythe;
Please take time to considerately review this long, yet thoughtful dispute.
I was recently banned for "Reporting competition to SS staff"

To begin with, I did not report due to competition reasons. This is complete speculation. In the other person's claim, he stated that I "blackmailed" and his title was 'CUBEISH SCAMMER BLACKMAILER"
1) I did not blackmail him. The Skype convo is down below. He is faking fake claims against me to make his report more effective. He also messaged me on Sythe with a FAKE confirmation of some sort.
On top of this all, he also said some very offensive stuff to me and trolled me after I was banned.

In addition, I did not report him for competition reasons. I respect the fact that he is one amongst several SSGP sellers, and also my sales are doing just fine. I reported him solely because he challenged me and flamed/harassed me, exhibiting derogatory.
In the Skype conversation, I stated that I gave him 'conditions' and I would remove the video. Moments after, once again, he flamed/harassed me with distressful comments.

Therefore, after giving him a chance for us both to move on, he flamed me and essentially CHALLENGED me, wanting to see the outcome. He didn't believe I could ban him.
You could safely say he asked for his report.

Lastly, He also said I scammed and blackmailed, which I did not. If anything he should be blamed for making fake claims. He did not include anything in his report that supported his blackmail/scammer claim. I did NOT blackmail him, nor did I scam anybody. The intentions for the report were because he barbarously harassed me and essentially challenged me after.

The simple fact that he re-added me, sent me fake sythe messages SOLELY to retrieve possible points to effectively support his claim is very irrational and erroneous.

To conclude, I abided and did not violate any Sythe rules, I the main cause of this report was harassment, and also because I was challenged. I don't believe I did anything that deserves a permanent ban, I did not scam, blackmail, etc. To restate again, I did not report him because of competition reasons, this is just speculation.

Please take some time to considerately review and rectify my dispute (if possible) regarding this situation.

[At this point I had called him and talked to him in-game. I told him about the report but also REQUESTED he stop flaming/harassing me and I will remove it (at this point i'm just looking to continue to be friends).

His response: He said they could not track the GP and once again flamed me and cursed my parents. In reality, he challenged me and my report. He wanted to see the possible outcome of my report (can't say he didn't ask for it, also knowing I could have removed the report and he would have NOT been banned.

Denied. You went out of your way to make someone lose over 1000 dollars worth of stock, for a poor reason.
