I trusted this guy because he's a moderator and what not.
went on his website to sell gold, was been told that the fees will be covered by them.

I received my payment with fees deducted and charged to me, when approaching them I was been told by the dude that I will receive my payment and the PP officer is busy and doesn't seem to be replying.

I tried contacting them every 6 hours and all they said was that I will be receiving a refund of my fees charged to me and not to worry.

After almost 24 hours, I tried contacting once again, and now they say that I am not eligible for a refund of the fees because I cannot accept friends and family payment where that doesn't seem to be the case for other sellers.

This is the first time I have literally been scammed for 13$ less money, because the seller doesn't seem to pay for the fees.

I sold 300M @ 0.8 for 240$ and received a payment of 227.19.

Now to post pictures for the report, they wouldn't even send me the chat history to confirm that 3 of their agents literally confirmed saying that I was been told fees will be on them.

Now this last guy Drew (which I'm asumming is PANDA himself) comes and tells me we never explicitly said that fees will be on us. This website is a SCAM and I would HIGHLY ADVISE not to use it.

It's obvious to state, they are running the business. I have NO Fucking clue where in to I have to inform them from my side first saying I can't receive friends and family.

It's their JOB TO TELL ME FIRST, that they can't send it through friends and family and that the fees will be charged.

Now, THEY REFUSE to even refund me my money if I refund them the PAYPAL? This is such an obvious scam they are taking part in, and their customer service is beyond horrible. It took them 3 hours to send my money after giving them the GP and then 24 hours to revert back to what the issue with the Fees was.

I feel scammed for the 13$ I was been charged, and would like a refund. If not I want my OSGP back where I can sell it to a buyer without being charged fees.

and still you are unable to receiving fnf

If and when you are able to receive fnf, you can be sent the 13$ owed no problem.

 

I came on that chat atleast 8 times, before and after receiving the payment.

It took them 3 hours, literally 3 hours to send my money after receiving the gold.

Then, when I kept coming, each agent, minimum to 3 told me that It's a mistake on their side and the PP officer (who seems like the president and is always so busy) will be making the payment to me soon and I am guaranteed the payment as said by their agents.

He refuses to show the whole chat, but I would request @Sythe to ask him to show u the whole chat where everything speaks for itself.

Even If it is the case for me not being able to receive friends and family, I should be informed before and at the same time I am selling gold. Not being charged fees without my knowledge.

It is their problem that they are sending money 3 hours later and not at the time when the seller is on chat and online and available to let them know that Fees will be charged to them.

It is very clear, they owe 13$ to me and they refuse to send that.

@OFFICIALRSGOLDRUSH @Panda was there any agreement after you had recieved gold as to when pp would be sent?

Hi Tyler, I don't know what kind of agreement are you talking about but isn't it quite obvious when you sell gold to a gold website, you expect payment at that moment itself.

I got my gold 3 hours later, I traded the gold to him at 11 PM at my time, I kept waiting in chat for atleast 2 hours and kept asking for where my payment was.

They kept telling me sorry for the inconvenience and that I would receive my gold and that their Paypal officer is busy.

I then received the gold more than 3 hours later (isn't it obvious nobody is going to stay in chat for more than 3 hours)

When I received my gold, I saw I was being charged a fee of 13$, when I went and approached them, I spoke to their agents and they said THEY KNOW IT IS THEIR MISTAKE and that I will be refunded in full.

I did not receive a refund again as they said that their PAYPAL OFFICER IS BUSY AGAIN.

I literally spoke to THREE AGENTS, all THREE saying the same. That I will be getting a refund soon.

After more than 12 hours, I also mentioned of reporting them on sythe, and their reply was this would not make the process any faster and we will refund as soon as possible.

After more than 24 hours, this dude DREW comes and tells me that I would not be getting any refund and that I am not eligible for it.

Few things to note, the first thing I asked them was If I'm selling gold to you, will I be charged fees and they said they would cover it.

Even If I'm not being able to receive FNF (apparently) they should be kind enough to say that before sending the payment and that is only possible if they send the payment then and not make the seller wait 3 hours for their money due.

Secondly, their agents should not be GUARANTEEING payment and apologizing if their owner has no intention of refunding.

Their PAYPAL officer literally acts like the president, and it took me 24 hours to get an answer from him.
24 hours, yes.

 

He was told in the next few hours hed receive the payment , as the pp officer wasnt online at the exact moment, but is never offline for long. (i was there for this when telling him)

When the pp agent sent the payment, customer was no longer in livechat, after trying fnf but failing, he sent g+s. since thered be no other way to pay.

(if you want more livechat photos let me know), my livechat history search option is, as I've discovered recently pretty bad, so ive been even struggling myself to confirm what he says my agents told him, other then whats shown in current pictures)

 

This is a lie, one of their agents came on and told me himself.

"I see the live chat history, and see that you were told that fees will be on us, and I will make sure that you are paid"

"I then said, I will be forming a sythe scam report, where I was being told this would not increase any chances of me being paid faster so please to wait patiently."

This guy now comes to the conclusion of not being able to show the livechat because his livechat history not being able to work.

This shows nothing but just the fact that I was waiting for my payment, he never mentioned once that it will take 3 hours for me to receive a payment.

Just to be fair, do you expect anyone to wait in chat for 3 hours for you to send a payment to them? @OFFICIALRSGOLDRUSH
Do you really expect me to be in chat for 3 hours, 3 literal hours, that's when u sent me the payment. 3 hours after trading u the money.

You did not mention once that the Paypal officer isn't available when I was selling the gold to you, you did NOT TELL ME ONCE, that it will take 3 hours for you to receive the payment.

And when I receive it, I receive 13$ less because I wasn't online to refuse paying fees?
No sane mind is going to stay in chat for 3 hours.

Please make it simple and provide the whole chat instead of snapshots of it, let everyone and the mods see how many times I've come on the chat and ask for my payment in those 3 hours.

You're literally making a fool out of yourself for 13$

 

Also, @Tyler you can see, when he said the paypal officer will be sending it in a few hours, I responded by saying "hours???" That's not a normal reaction to someone who has been told before that it will be sent hours later trading the gold to them.

 

No matter the resolution of this report, we are still fine paying the 13$ owed, as I told you in our conversation on livechat and showed you myself trying to send you the money. You kept trying to convince me you can accept fnf which I showed to you and in this report that, that is not true.

 

If that's the case, I don't know what to say but send me the 13$ as goods and services and I'll accept the fee charged on that because I don't have any other method to receive payments.

 

Ok so due to the fact that initially they said you had to wait until their paypal person gets online and you were ok with it I won't be holding them responsible for fees. You went offline after agreeing to wait, and you were unaware of your accounts inability to accept a certain payment method.


Rsgoldrush acted in good faith in sending you the money through a payment method you could accept, because you were not there to contact and had shown irratibaility for waiting.


Rsgoldrush is not at fault and will not need to pay back the fees. However it seems they are planning to do so anyways above. This shows they have good business ethics. Best of luck guys.
