Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: The reason i received the TWC was because i was doing btc for gp stakes with someone on my livechat 8 months ago and had told the customer i had bitcoin in my wallet. After he won the majority of my BTC i did another stake with him even though i didnt have balance at that moment available. I had a large sum of BTC set to arrive that day, but directly after the stake i did not have the BTC.

I ended up getting a loan of 3-4k from a friend to pay for the final stake after losing 15k to him, and paid him it within 2-3 hours after the stake had happened.


Anything else you wish to say: I believe the TWC was justified as the rules state if you dice/stake someone and arent able to pay out immediately after you deserve a TWC. With that being said it's important that everyone in the sythe community follows the same guidelines, which is why i think it was justified.

Why i think it's should be removed : This is a very unique situation. For starters the reason behind a TRADE WITH CAUTION rank is to warn people in the community that the member is 'higher risk' than a normal member. This is why i believe it should be removed, and for these reasons

-This trade happened 8 months ago and the customer only randomly had a problem with it when other pointless reports were being made against me. (this is exactly why i dont deal with account sales, you get in a situation like this, and someone acts like an acc was recovered while you have 2-3 reports against you, and you will immediately be guilty)

-The customer was paid out over 15k total from me, imo 99% of the community would scam quit in that siutation (keep in mind this was 2-3 months after starting my goldsite, and i was losing money monthly from bans,adverts,workers, etc)

 

I don't think you're a threat to the community, I honestly think you don't think things through sometimes though, and you need to improve your work ethic.

I'll support this time around, but if something like this happens again you won't have my support. This is your chance to clean up your act and trading practices.
