Dispute to my TWC - Sypherz

Hello all, I would like to dispute my TWC.

Link to/reason for TWC: Poor communication/ delayed refund in a trade.

List of vouches since receiving TWC: n/a

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
I sold a League of Legends account to a Sythe user for $50 on behalf of my little brother. After 3ish weeks the account was banned. I found that the account was purchased from a pretty cheap reseller which was likely botted and offered a new account or a refund. I contacted my brother who agreed to make a new account but dragged his feet for around a week. He assured me that he has never had an account banned through this reseller over nearly a dozen of his 'smurf' accounts, and that it was likely that playing ranked games on a 95% percentile account when his original account/skill level was in the 5% percentile is the reason the account was flagged and eventually banned. I believe this is true and took his side on the matter, but still planned to issue a refund. Where I went wrong at this point was not communicating my intentions with the buyer, and dragging my own feet on the refund. I was going through a stressful period in my life and was trying to avoid another stressor, which was inappropriate of me because I'm sure it was stressful for the other party as well. As of now, I still haven't been paid back the $50 refund by my brother so this is a crappy situation all around. That being said, I'm pretty experienced on this market and I should have known better than to get myself into a stupid mess like that; and I won't be trading on behalf of anyone other than myself again.
