Dispute from Hex's report

I will be referring from this thread here: Formal report on mans not hoot

As most my evidence was in the discord, which I can't access.

First of all, Hex claims I've been threatening him. This is not the case, I've been nothing but "retaliating" to his constant harrasment and IRL threats the last week.

Here you can see, on his own pictures. That other members are calling his threats out, saying its not allowed to threat people under his occupation.


I don't know any information about Hex, wouldn't want to either. The guy is a nutcase who showed up at a location I pinpointed when he asked me to "meet up" - never did I DOX him or attempt to, all I did was joke around in the discord.

Hex is a threat to the integrity of this forum and the fact that you actually banned me for his report is to me, crazy.


Hex is very fond of threatening, doxing and leaking peoples information himself. Which I will show here with an example that I've experienced myself.

This is just one of many offences committed.

And when Hex (here I would have liked to provide a picture from the discord) threatened me to show up to my door step, admitting to driving 3+ hours before to beat a person up and told me he would find me, I retaliated by saying I would call his school.

Mods can decide, I think this case is retarded, and a ban would be appropiate for Hex, for harrasing multiple members and serial rule-breaking.

 

Dispute denied. Receiving similar threats is not a valid excuse for threatening people. The rules for this are zero-tolerance and we will not be making an exception.

 

Okay so, to shed more light onto this. I got banned earlier for "Attempting" to DOX the user Hex.

Would like this reviewed, I've done nothing wrong, all I've done is joke around in the spam forum, whereas he has been threatening, instigating, possibly doxing aswell as leaking irls of people.

wouldn't that imply that @Daddy Dropperz and @Syed would get banned too? I think Jason's statements need to be reconsidered.

100+ users should infact, be banned then.

 

I was asked to review and post on this dispute.

As Jason said, the punishment stays as you did indeed threaten to dox Hex. As for Hex, feel free to post a report of him threatening to dox you and he will be punished accordingly. I've spoke to Pendulum about this and he has told you to do just that.

As for the other people you've mentioned - Should whomever they made those statements towards feel threatened, they can make a report on it as well. If they do not believe those statements are actual threats, they do not have to report it.

This rule is in place for those who actually feel threatened and targeted; not just general banter.
