Unfairly treated and misguided by Jason

I would want this to be a dispute for itself.

I've been banned now, by Pendulum and denied dispute by Jason, for "attempting" to dox hex, which I've fairly proved was a joke and nothing else.

The reasoning behind Jason's denial was this:

Where he also supports Hex cutting out the part of me saying it was a meme.

But the point is:
ZERO TOLERANCE for threats in the spam forum.


I find this pretty weird when Jason earlier on, when I reported Hex for the same threats that he had been posting for 1 week straight, was told this:

Where is the sense in this? I wasn't warned prior to my 1 month ban, and only guidance I had gotten was Hex being allowed to threat and harrass users without consequences.

I feel my ban is very unfair and biased.
And what are the rules? it seems as if Jason has another explanation ready depending on who you are.

 

You were banned for one month because staff believe you were exhibiting behavior that is harassing members outside of reasonable spam-forum behavior, specifically "joking" about wanting a users dox and repeated harassment. This isn't okay and just because you weren't aware of the rules doesn't mean it's okay and we should let it slide because you were "joking".

If you can provide staff with screenshot of hex asking/threatening about your dox let me know. Otherwise please stop making disputes with the exact same information.
