Dispute against ban

I don't get how I'm banned for this, I'm one of ranks in his clan chat, he gave me the name to start swapping after he got a new ign

there is no actual hard proof to prove that I am vaper, which im not..

you can even ask him yourself if you don't believe he gave me that name..
