Hunterdgk - Ban Dispute

Ban reason that was shown to you: Reporting huntergdk

Additional details/story: A guy contacted me regarding a legendary donator account I was selling at the time, so we talked on skype and he acted super shady. I believed he was Runique staff so I did not want to give up my Username/Stats (gave him false stats to get him to stop bugging me). He was acting very shady, so I did not want to deal with him

Extra: I was not aware that I could dispute this action until recently when I looked at the report against me and thought that this wasn't justified. I believe this ban wasn’t justified at the time since there was no hard evidence that a scam occurred. At worst this should have warranted a Trade with caution not a permanent ban. The guy who reported me was also a guest Sythe account which adds a higher probability that he was indeed Runique staff.

 

Show some chatlogs of him acting shady

 

In regards to the screenshots, I don’t know what his skype is, I was wondering if you could look through my inbox on Hunterdgk, so you would be able to see his profile and hopefully he had a skype listed on any of his threads so I can look through my skype history, to grab the proof.

Can you show us pictures of him being sketchy right before you gave him the fake info? We can't really do much with this, what I'm basically looking for is proof of the "reason why" you gave him said info.

The thing that threw me off was when he asked for the exact xp in the stats, when that doesnt matter since they are level 99's. No normal person asks for that since at the time there were easily 100's, maybe even 1000's of accounts with those level 99's. exact xp would me he is looking it up to make sure he bans the correct account.

 

After looking at the initial scam report, I'm not buying it. I'll leave it up to @Dunworry, however.

 

Spent some time thinking this over, and I agree you should be unbanned; however, I've applied a TWC to your account for lying to him. In the future if you find someone sketchy or suspect them of being RSPS staff, you're best of blocking them/declining to trade with them
