Discord clean up

Can you kick people that do this kind of shit?
I've taken the hammer before, but favoritism seems to be a role in the discord.

Obviously the discord is considered "spam" but play by the rules, you either ban people for doing this or you don't.

Just make the rules clear.

I agree with @BEAST. What a momentous occasion. I find it really annoying when people spam ridiculously. If I have permission I’ll start kicking them and so their punishment is reverifying which is about as annoying as their spamming.

 

I don't see why it should be left sitting there, we don't allow spam on the forums and although it's technically a "spam section" I would remove it. It makes it look very cluttered with pointless spam.

Also demote the fucknugget above me.

 

Sending spam messages in a way that is disturbing to the majority of sythe discord users sure is grounds for a temp kick;
this basically already has been an unwritten rule and as far as im aware mods can hand out kicks on a case by case basis.

In the most part it does, but this happens constantly, by usually the same users. When we will see a kick? even active mod during this, it didn't warrant a kick? while i was kicked for the SAME exact copy pasta about a month ago.
You either implement a rule or you don't it shouldn't be a case by case basis, as that as seen as favoritism.

 

Majority of Sythe is favoritism and if you don’t see that yet you are in for something new to learn.

Support, it bothers me to a different world how stupid the Sythe discord looks to the public eye

 

I totally am aware, that's why i'm making a suggestion here make it a rule or not. Case by case should not be an option when its excessive spam.

 

What i meant to say was that mods are using their own judgement to distinguish between moderate troling and excessive spamming (case by case basis) and that they can take action where needed.

If someone is seen excessively spamming to the point where people can not read other messages, shoot a dm to any moderator online at the time and have them kick the user. If they continue to do so, it may be grounds for a temp discord ban.

In short, they will be kicked if it’s excessive spam.
