    Didn't magic use to not raise CB Level?
    Magic and Range have always, and still always will raise your combat level, just much slower.

    Didn't it used to not raise HP then? I'm serious, I really thought that it didn't a loooong time ago.

    Im 90% sure it never did,
    but im 100% sure it didn't raise HP
    same with ranged.
    This if from first hand experience.

    It always has, and always will-

    Imagine- A lvl 3 - Ice Barraging. Lol. if it didnt raise, the combat triangle would be so screwed.
