Will Summoning raise HP?

Do you think the the new summoning skill will raise hitpoints while training it? After-all, it is a combat skill, but it seems a bit more like prayer/magic where you won't have to raise HP.

Your thoughts?

 

naaa but, you'll probably have to kill the thing's you summon=[]

 

thought all skill up to 99max

 

He maybe men't if you have like 95hp, you can raise hp to 96 with summoning.

I think that it does.
