It looks like D2JSP holds a different standards and rules, so after I small talk with Devan, I've decided to contact the other party to make a report here on sythe so we can adjudicate it according to our own standards and rules.

Devan stays DNT for the next 24 hours. If they fail to make a report, his DNT will be lifted.
