[Denied] Update OMM Application Process

So since the OMM application is outdated and reporting threads with outdated information doesn't do anything, I suggest to add some minor changes to the OMM application:

1) Remove GP rates. The GP rates on the OMM application are completely outdated (hardly anyone buys/sells for $0.70/m anymore). If anything, the person filling out their OMM application should put the market rate of the GP on their application, they can take the mid price by finding out what people buy and sell for at the time of when the middlemanning took place.

2) Head Middleman should be changed:


Dave is no longer the HMM, so the information there should also be changed.

Lastly, remove the whole thing about asking a moderator to change titles. Users can edit the titles themselves once they have completed their application.



These are only some minor changes that have to be done.
