[denied] Skilling Issues-Refund rates

Currently if i were to buy 1-99 strength and be charged 100m, in the case of an issue, refunds are calculated at that rate. So if it was to be a refund at 60 strength, it would cost 2,100,145gp and a refund of ~98m based on 1-99 for 100m, 13m xp, is 7gp/xp approx, and 1-60 strength is much harder and longer than 60-99. Something needs to be done about this. If suggestion is denied then can i abuse this?

 

I feel this is more about TOS.
You can have different prices for 1-60 and 60-99, but then again it’s a contract b/w buyer and seller on how to refund etc

 

Agree to it in TOS if it is a problem, otherwise is it split into a gp/xp rate, not time based. Don't think that will be changing.

 

I mean no one at all has anything about this in their TOS, or they have like" no refunds" but in the case of a valid "issue" that TOS is rendered invalid and needs to be refunded. If i were to ask you 1-99 str, as a service provider, most if not all people, won't break down the price and will just give one single answer. Doesnt matter to me really anyways. Just something i though about when reading reports.

 

They would refund you on an hourly basis, not a per-xp basis.
