[DENIED]Ban advertising other services in another service thread.

No support, makes it easier for customers to find threads they may not have seen otherwise

 

I do understand the reason behind it but, when i was just a service buyer myself I went to Limiq. What I like about what he did was he advertised/said in the thread that he does more then just "Skilling" We get the questions in our server Do you do more than just skilling or? A simple way to answer this question is by letting them know that we do, in our threads. I hope this won't get removed since i think it just helps out people that are in need of multiple things but don't want to spend a lot of time looking around and just want to go to 1 person.

 

No support, but a change would be good. Like making these ads smaller or something like that.

 

Hmm, no support.

There are nothing wrong with the threads imo - they are advertising what is in that section specifically. All they do is just add that there’s more options around if they might be looking for something else from the vendor. After all, the threads are in the market section and I peronsally value navigation before post count.

At the same time, if one would like to make it even more efficient and less spam. Sythe could limit every user to 1 single service thread. However, that would also be bad for seo.

 

100% agree with limiq slot of buyers dont just go for 1 think they wants combat training and a torso or skilling amd quests and aslong as you providing the service in the section should be allowed to show your a one stop shop

 

To be honest, the whole advertising via thread "rules" should be reevaluated. The threads are a mess.

No support - One of the nice things about going to a larger service provider is that you can see all of what they're offering before deciding to purchase any specific thing. This gives potential customers more information that they can then use to make an informed purchasing decision, e.g. "Do I want to go with the guy who specializes in fire capes, or with the guy who does fire capes, quests, and skilling?" This is good for the customer AND good for the service providers, so I see no reason to change it.

 

No support too many new people don't understand the layout of sythe so well it will complicate things.

However @Pikachu I do agree there could be something else done to make it easier for clients ^>^

Al though it kinda defeats the purpose of having skilling sections if you are hosting minigames there in every thread.

maybe for an advanced user of sythe this thread makes some sense but I feel that there is a lack of empathy for new users who do not know how to handle this forum much
