I'd love to see some features implemented for Sythe gold, I think it would stimulate users to be more active and actually will give Sythe gold actual value.

One feature I'd love to see is for example, betting an X amount of Sythe Gold to have a chance at receiving a random minirank based on luck - just an idea I received while making this thread.

Of course, I'm happy to hear suggestions from other members!
Lets make a list of possible features for Sythe Gold and bring it alive!

p.s. Yes I do know that the development may take time and developers have other tasks to do, this thread is simply for suggestions what Sythe gold could be used for so when the developers have time to work on this feature, there is a list of suggestions they may choose from which to implement or not.

Yeah I've saw quite a few people years ago suggest that something has to be done with it (according to the threads I've linked in the original post) so members can actually have an use for Sythe gold. It's a win-win situation. Hope we can get some use for it other than trading, for example the gambling idea for miniranks sounds nice (I'd even agree you can lose Sythe gold bet and get NO minirank)

I mean there's definitely place for discussion and so much cool things could be done with it.

 

Sure all of that sounds great but this is a dead website.

 

That's why we have to do our best to bring it back to the good old days Sythe Gold becoming a valuable asset will raise site activity, seems like the first step towards a great big update this year

The owner doesn’t care about the site.

 

Honestly I'd happily pay out of my own pocket for the developers for some features like Sythe Gold implementation and other idea's which could raise site activity. Maybe the owner will see results and get motivation again.

In terms of paying a developer to make Sythe Gold actually be something else than a number, I'm really serious to sponsor that. I especially like the minirank gambling idea with Sythe gold that popped in my head while just writing the thread, there could be so much more cool implementations for SG.

 

The owner of the site won’t allow anyone to make changes to the site unless it’s himself or his other MIA administrator @Matthew. He doesn’t care about the site. He doesn’t want your implementations, even if he did he wouldn’t put them through because he doesn’t care about the site.

I never asked to make changes to the site myself (who am I, haha) - let alone have any access, simply sponsor the idea and have the actual trusted staff (not me) handle the implementations, payments for developers, updates.

And I wouldn't like to try a different forum as I highly prefer the Sythe community and only work in OSRS/RS3 trades.

 

There's alot of websites who support OSRS/RS3 trades, though I'm not here to refer you to any other forum.

As for the suggestion, sure, although I'm sure everyone appreciates your idea, though what I said in another thread applies here too:

In all seriousness, why not sell shares of the website to someone who wants to keep it running while still being the owner and having the final word? I'd buy it @Sythe, lets negotiate a price if you do not want to sell it entirely, sell shares but keep more than me - like 51% you 49% me for example, then you have the final word as it works in all companies. I own a B.V. (private limited company) in Belgium so it can be done officially.

@Sythe Send me a PM if you have interest, we can discuss the pricing for the shares and the terms. You would be the CEO, while I would pay for shares to become COO therefore I work on improving activity on the platform (and work on bringing all member suggestions alive, there's so many I could dedicate my entire year and still not checklist all haha) while you are still the top position holder/have the last word to say, while your company is growing and a person who actually invested and is interested in the project is doing the work for you.

Even though this man is DNT, I still support the idea of creating a use for Sythe gold. I would like to see Sythe Gold used in CDT events.

This is just a small list of possibilities but I’d really like for @Sythe to chime in here and maybe post some guidance or add some detail on the future of the projects on site / site upgrades if any and when they’d be completed. I think if enough interest was actually shown he’d be more convinced.
