[DENIED] Addition to dice rule

Just a short and sweet addition to the dice rules. For those gambling addicts.
As it stands per rules bets are void after 12 hrs if no-one rolls(im assuming thats what that rule means) if no-one rolls?
I want to suggest a time limit for the person who posted the bet to have a x amount of time to reply to the person who accepted their bet. I've ran into this problem a few times before but never cared to suggest this.
Couple reasons why I think this should be applied.
1. You're not "supposed" to bet against anyone else if you have a pending bet.

2. My time is valuable I don't really care to wait around waiting for soomeone to reply to a bet that they posted and went atk the second they posted it for 12+ hrs. Because than they'll roll report you and you'll get a twc for not paying out because they finally rolled a day later but your not available anymore

3. I don't keep large amounts of gp ussualy I sell it when I get it. Now I have to put a certain amount of gp on reserve waiting for someone to roll when they should of never posted the bet in the first place if they were going to go atk as soon as they posted the roll.

4. Yes this is happening to me right now, I want to gamble the gp I have but I can't. Because Idk if I'm going to win or lose the gp and the guy went atk the second he posted. I waited around a hr past my normal bed time for him and he never got on now I have to keep checking sythe while I'm trying to do non computer related stuff to avoid a report
