The reason to not do it is that inactive sections look bad and don't contribute anything to Sythe. If the game isn't poised to be successful - or isn't already successful elsewhere - it's unlikely to get added here.

As an aside, the folks who make new forum suggestion threads are often the ones who stand to benefit most from those forums being added. We don't want to create forums that only half a dozen people use, even if they intend to be active in them, which is why you're getting pushback here. I'm generally in favor of adding new forums and seeing if they work, but I googled "trade cod warzone" and pretty much just found this mostly-dead section: Call of Duty: Warzone Accounts

 

There's not a big enough demand for warzone trading to implement a separate market for this section. For now you can stick to the other games section. If more markets pop up and demand increases in the future, then feel free to make another suggestion and include proof that there is demand and add more emphasis as to what the sections would be implemented, etc.
