Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I after a long time of trying I finally managed to find an actual victim and reimbursed the debt. There is a Lithuanian RS forum (rsbot.lt) which has a thread confirming that debt is refunded and user (me) has been unbanned.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I understand my mistakes, learned from that a long time ago. I'm truly sorry for that. Returned my debt and seeking to regain my reputation here. Many years passed, many things changed since we were teens. I'm a grown man operating a legit business right now, with assembled team we are looking forward to strive and expand our business here with you guys. I have requested a pardon about a year ago regarding this same situation. I was told to wait some time and contact you again. I waited my time and asking you guys again if there is any chance to begin a fresh start here?
