dcaig1313 chargeback and stop responding

dcaig1313 chargeback three paymeant he made to me for runescape gold, when i contact him he said he will cancel the chargeback, but paypal wouln't let him or so, when i called them up they told me to tell him to call up paypal and they cancel it for him.

I private messeges him saying to call up paypal and cancel it, and from they i stop hearing from him. paypal gave me 3 days to solve this issue before the paymeant is taken out of my bank which has 0 balance and i dont want it go into negtive, beacuse i'll have a bad bank history.

SO can a mod plz take action by private messages him to cancel it by calling paypal asap or he will be banned.
Also MOD he is well respect preson in sythe as he has alot of vouch, so before banning him, give him a change to cancel it by prt message himing to cancel it before 2day.

here the evidence that i think all u need, if u need more plz ask and i'll post it up. but from all the private message he send me and paypal name and stuff u can be sure is 100% is right person as we trade before.
