I requested to buy 20M for $30 USD. A pretty good price because as it was stated in my original post I can only send E-Checks via paypal. I told him this, showed him via teamview that I could not cancel the E-check and he agreed.
After I sent he changes his mind. The recipent can cancel the check so I told him it's fine and to just cancel the payment I sent, he refused and logged off. what proofs are needed? i can post pics
