This is regarding the the thread

I don't see how a twc was justified in this case. I'll try to break this down to the best of my ability.
1. The title in itself is wrong. There is no participation of blackhat
activities. There was no evidence of him hacking anything.
2. You're giving him a twc in the off chance that he
may use the cracked accounts he
might have obtained to sell them here which is
circular reasoning, an undisputed fallacy.
3. You said it yourself. There was no evidence of direct involvement, rather
interest in checking cracked accounts. His reasoning for checking them was he wanted a free account which is reasonable. Whether he obtained any is still not clear, nor does it add on to or support this case in any way.
4. Lack of evidence, an insufficient investigation, the third option, it's another
fallacy.
5. This case is similar to leanbean's in which there wasn't enough evidence to indict him. All accusations are "bogus", and none can be used to appropriately come up with a logical punishment.
6. You should have told the OP of that thread to come back with sufficient evidence.
The twc holds no relevance to the case. I also don't agree with how it's given out so lightly. I have checked for cracked pins of different programs in the past, does that mean I will end up selling them here? I hope you can see how it doesn't make sense to give that person a TWC.
