I wanted to be fair to iZinc and only post where he had the opportunity to respond, but since he hasn't made any effort to respond to me in almost two weeks, I guess I'll explain everything here.

Ok, so let's start from the beginning.

iZinc was fired as a rank in Dragon Dyce two years ago, and he was fired for making up a huge web of lies that he told to admins. Since then, he has held a huge grudge against me, and has made it a point to attack us in every way, including seeking out our server IP and DDoSing our poker server, contacting the poker software company to try to get our license revoked, and intentionally trying to defame us.

Now, keep in mind that this is over a period of months. This wasn't just a simple mistake or lapse in judgement, iZinc was wholeheartedly ready to use whatever illegal means he could to attack Dragon Dyce and every single one of his competitors. Ironically, Joopii was the moral person here and stood up to iZinc on multiple occasions, telling him to stop attacking us, but as you can see in the screenshots below, iZinc "thinks it's good".

As you can see, iZinc is just oozing remorse about his terrible actions right?

I've never DDoSed BBB, EVER, PERIOD. If there is evidence of this, please show it to me, because I don't own any blackhat tools, and have never told anyone else to DDoS anyone. Since I've never attacked BBB, there's no way that attacks from me could equal what he did against us.

It's only turned into a clusterfuck because iZinc made a dozen accusations without proof as red herrings to try to mask the real issue. iZinc is deliberately not responding to my claims because there isn't any legitimate response he can make. He knows how much he made from his illegal attacks, he knows how much we lost, he knows that there is a mountain of evidence against him. Why would he bother acknowledging any of that at all when he knows I'll just respond and tear his claims to shreds? Instead, he is telling his one sided story to staff, who are essentially posting on his behalf, because he KNOWS I never DDoSed him. Until Roary's post, I never even realized that BBB was making the claim that I was involved in blackhat activity against his site as a defense for his prolific attacks against us. If there was any truth to these claims, I would already be banned.

Now, my mistake was trying to be fair to iZinc. Instead of trying to pin an unrealistic six figure amount on him to make sure that he is never, ever, ever able to pardon, I was willing to compromise since there's no way he can undo the damage he's caused. I offered that he could simply pay for our new project as repayment for fucking up our last one. The thing is if I scammed 10b and tried to pardon, and my victim said "I should be paid back 10b before he can pardon", and I responded by saying "I don't think I should pay you back anything", does my opinion that I shouldn't pay anything really matter? Fuck no. The scam still happened.

I don't see how Joopii is the "moral one" here. Joopii may have been the reason DDoS attacks occurred in the first place.

From what I've seen, he's hardly made any accusations and every statement has been either rebutted or responded to by iZinC.
