Requesting pardon for attempted blackhat

-this happened back in October-
Reason I was banned:
I spammed the following message to ALL of my skype contacts. I was banned in 10 minutes to which i ASSUME was blackhat -there was no scam report on me...I have a lot of the previous mods on my skype contact list-

Reason: I'm in highschool, and I'm in multiple ap classes and national honor societies and was in cross country at the time -which pracitice begins @ 5:00am- and all that shit, with that being said, I hate taking Spanish 4 and we had to do a Spanish video presentation that required video editing -to which i have NO EXPERIENCE IN AT ALL-...I NEEDED THE DAMN THING DONE.
Proof I was asking for help for video making:
1) hey can someone help me with editing a video?
2) [REQUESTING] I NEED A IMOVIE/YOUTUBE VIDEO EDITOR ASAP
3) KingL1993 | 100% FREE Video Editing Service ~ YouTube/Vimeo etc ~ Any niche.
So this guy contacts me saying he'll do it...
RELEVANT SKYPE CONVERSATION:
1) pretty much asked me to send a little bit of money so i don't waste his time


2) He pretty much just fucking wasted my time saying, "yeah man I'm almost done with the video... ok ya send me more cash and I'll show you.. I'm not lying"

3) I end up sending like $4 more to SEE the finished product... Literally he says, "Sent you a pic with my skype in it so you know it's me" and all he fucking did was play the video that I sent him, and then paused it, and then put his skype over the length of the video so it looked like he 'did something'

4) He explains, "trust me I'm done. Just send me the rest of the $3 so I can send you it" being that I was so damn tired, and he had stalled for a good 2 hours, I inclined... IT WAS 2:40 AM AND I HAD PRACTICE AT 5 AND SCHOOL SO I WAS STRESSING OUT AND SO PISSED

5) After I send him a total of $7.50 (which isn't what I was mad about) he sends me 2 videos THAT I SENT HIM and then deletes me.

6) Which led me to spam that mass message of, "Bounty on following skype:" because I was so damn furious that he wasted my damn time for hours while I was do damn tired the next day because I got no sleep and had to waste more time trying to do it on my own... ;( #feelsbadman

I believe I should be pardoned from this ban because
1) I have obtained over 120+ vouches on my time with sythe.org: Hulk1x1 vouches :)
2) I am a $50 donator AND was ACTIVE in the community
3) I do NOT mean any harm. I was just so pissed that this guy wasted so much of my damn time.
I am sorry for my actions, I'm not taking away the fact that I was a dumbass (for believing in a guy who was already banned on sythe....) for spamming a mass message to ALL of my contacts on skype.
I truly am sorry for my action, but I hope you understand why I acted that way on that night.

 

Why didn't you report him for scamming? You still could have when you got banned.

I didn't report him because for
1) I was banned when I went on sythe
2) I lost all motivation to attempt to report him because I thought I would have to pardon and then be told "this is black hat" when I had no intention of harm, I was just so damn mad that this guy wasted so much of my time and took $7.50 away from.
3) he was already banned. It wouldn't have done anything in the situation. I lost 2 hours of sleep due to that shithole and $7.50. I wasn't going to waste more time on him and report him WHEN HES ALREADY BANNED.
:/ I just want my account back, I've donated so much of my time to gain trust on this site and it was taken away because of a guy who took away 2 hours of my time to just lie I know I shouldn't have sent that spam out (btw, the "ip" I got was legit traced to like the middle of a fucking desert) :/ I truly am sorry
