I gave him the rares on his own acc. Email confirms that he received the hat (on his own account). Then I gave him my account and additional items, for free, because I was done with rsc.

So I give him extra shit and a free account. Now he's saying I scammed back the free account. Logic.

Personally, I feel like you shouldn't be banned over this. From what I understand, if you gave him a free account that was given to you by someone else for free and the original owner recovered it, then why would you take the fall for something you had no control over. I would think the person that gave you the free account would be reprimanded because, had you not given it to someone else, wouldn't the account been recovered from you and you would have been the victim? Unless, you were the sole owner of said free account and you did the recovering of that account. But, either way, the account was free. It's not like he paid you for it, so there is no real loss on his part if there was no value attached to it.
