1.For any accounts made. there will be a 25% deposit. this will be used to buy bonds and materials to make the account.(min deposit of 4m-bond-materials)

2.If the account is bann for real-life item trading you will not be refunded. screen shot will be posted of you reporting. The account u pay is the account i build.

3.If making a custom account, i will create new credentials and you will be given the logg in info once account is complete and rsgp has be received.. there will be no recovery address on account so you can set your own.(new accounts with no recovery set cannot be recovered).

4.You will have to give me recovery email after you finished paying and i will set it to the account. after u confirm that you received a email from jagex stating that your account has been linked. You will be given the logg in info.

5.I am only one person who has been playing runescape since 1997. All i do with my time now is build accounts from scratch. I am trying to build reputation so if you purchase and acc from me a good review would be much appreciated.
