Custom Non-Tradable Miniranks

People have to work hard for $500 and donate it to sythe to help the forum, you don't consider that worked for?

 

It surprises me that so many people want to see this happen. Just another meaningless minirank next to your name.

The following perks for Xenforo would be much better imo. I'll bring this up again to get more opinions.

 

The search option would be useful, and it makes sense to include that for $500 donors.

The wait time between message doesn't matter. Unless I'm misunderstanding it, I doubt many people would utilize the removal of 10 seconds wait time between post. If they're posting within 10 seconds repeatedly, I would most likely be spam.

The mini ranks might seem meaningless, but they entice people to stay active. Anything to keep people contributing. They might enjoy goals for motivation.

 

This is so dumb, it's literally the $300 donor status. You get the rank and you can have 2 custom miniranks on each side of the $300 donor thing. No support. How did no one else bring this up (I didn't read through this but seeing as this is 3 pages strong I assume no one else did)?

Not sure what you are saying? This will be a personalized mini rank. Non tradeable. How would duplicating come into play?

 

support i think lots of people would take advantage of this and bring people to donate just for this feature.

 

Support, would love this to be implemented. Would be great to see all kinds of miniranks, especially a carrot one!

Except this suggestion is not about donor ranks, but about implementing customisable mini ranks.

It's crazy to me how much stuff is shot down...

 

I support custom miniranks. They're a bit of fun, and people will make some cool ones that others will love. People donate so much money to this site, I know it's a donation, but I think they deserve to get something back.

Lol even I still have the 10 second wait between posts.

 

The post wasn't directed at mods having super powers when posting, it's just crazy to me people donate thousands of dollars and when they ask for simple QoL (Quality of Life) updates and admin can swoop in and just say "nope". I do agree though, the jump from $300 donor to $500 gained nothing but the number changing, it would just be cool to have some more stuff added... I've even offered to assist if no one has time.

 

If suggestions like this were actually put into action..I would donate and a lot more people would donate. People get perks..sythe gets more money? Win Win? I see no harm in this. Other than mini rank sellers complaining.
