Evolution is real. Finding a website that says it isn't is not really a valid counter-argument. You are assuming that all websites are equal in terms of quality and content.

They're generally more logical, more in tune with what could be objectively considered to be true, etc.

The vast majority of people dedicated to the natural sciences agree that evolution is true. The vast majority of those that disagree are religiously/politically motivated. There is no "real" disagreement.

We'll know, some day. We have so many brilliant minds working on it...

Agreed, allthough to say you believe in evolution, earth of a reasonable age, etc and still call yourself a Christian is stretching it. Atleast around here you'll get called an athiest for that one, or be accused of blasphamy. Welcome to Alabama.

Continental drift, the general age of the universe, any advances in geology, biology, etc.

I was looking for the list of scietific topics I've used in the past and came across this. Very interesting. It's a lot and I'm still reading it. At the least read the examples given with each thing. I may make a thread for this topic alone.

think about hard experiences you've been through..
Christian or not.. its just the human life..
you learn how to handle stress and difficult situations.. you learn from your mistakes, and its just experience...

God would then probably start the universe, and allow it to progress on its own. But, hang on! If the universe is capable of progressing on its own, why is God necessary in the first place?

Yet, hold on a bit more. If God is all-knowing, then he knows exactly what is going to happen, meaning that you have no free will. If God limits his knowledge of the universe, then he is not all-knowing. Such contradictions!

Note that all methods of radiometric dating (provided that they can be used over a long enough period) give almost identical answers as to the age of certain objects, etc.
