Hmm, nice guide. I make my passwords random and including lots of numbers mixed in... Like say I'm eating pizza, I'd make it: P0I0Z0Z0A0. Or something like that.

Thanks another way for example is like
"i went to the shop 3 days in a row"
Take first letter from each word?
    "iwtts3diar"
    Pretty safe imo.

That type of password is insane. Very easy to forgot...
I find the best way to keep a strong password and remember it is to use numbers that have some significance to you. For example, you could add your birthday on to the end of some words you're not likely to forgot.

Thanks for this guide. Just reset about 5 or 6 passwords, followed the general rules you laid out. This was VERY helpful.

Nice guide, theres plenty of Password Generating websites out there. I use the same password for everything and its the password Yahoo gave me years ago. Contains Numbers and Letters, thats always the best way to make a secure password.

Yeah, i tend to change most of my passwords every few months. Gets pretty boring trying to remember a random assortment of number/letters tho lol.

if you use symbols in a password it's VERY unlikely to be picked up in a bruteforce account

What a way to get a nice strong, secure password. Go on a site and get that to make one for you...

Im not what sites would allow symbols like that, and to recreate that would be a little difficult.

A strong password can be as easy as

(your favorite number)(Your middle name)(Year you graduated)

So a random one would be...

    8william2005 (no this isn't mine)

On some places you cant just all those kind of different symbols, then i guess it would be best if you mix small and BIG letters + some numbers
