    Covey is not banned?

well after a few years Covey is still not banned for scamming tarchy's phat.

    Please refer to http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=172435&highlight=Undisputable+evidence+covey

Let me refresh everybodys memory on what happened:

Tarchy was buying a Red Party Hat from VB.NET. Tarchy and VB.NET agreed to use Covey as a middle man.

Covey logged in-game, VB.NET gave Covey the party hat, Tarchy paid VB.NET, Covey traded Tarchy (antivirus212 ingame) and declined trade and blocked both users. Covey did not say he got hacked but insted attempted to edit screenshots saying he gave antivirus212 (tarchy) the party hat.

Covey made a mistake on his first set of edited screenshots, which Tarchy tried to save but they were taken down before anybody saw them (EXCEPT draculazzz who saw the shitty edited screenshots).

There are still flaws in Coveys updated screenshots, which were proven on the link provided.

Conclusion: Covey scammed Tarchy of a Red Party Hat and is not banned.

Yes tarchy is a scammer and paid with a stolen paypal account, but Covey had no idea about this and Covey is still untrustable and still a scammer.

    Covey is not banned?

He was banned after this incident, and subsequently unbanned. Although I was not staff back then, I am under the impression that this was sorted out.

As the proof has already been evaluated when it was still fresh, I do not believe the issue requires further consideration. It would be difficult to re-investigate fully after this long.
