    Could Jagex ban me?
    firstly jagex can hav acess to any site that they need, or wish to (if it has nything to do with them)..just because there areas ip has been blocked doesnt mean they cant access this site.. they could go elsewhere and look it up..

    plus then if u read the TOS like some1 else sed they can do wateva they wish.. they own the game not us

    Dont worry about getting banned, if that happened ALOT of good players would be banned
