Jagex Ban Appeals

Does Jagex really read your ban appeals? Or do they have computers randomly accept and decline appeals?

 

im not sure but my guess is they have people read them since there not that long and it could make or brake someones runescape life and even for those no lifes there rl life.

 

I think both, because my friend cursed at them on the extra note thing and the appeal went succesful. When I did it I didnt curse and they declined it. So it shows how cheap they are?

 

I think it depends on when you send it in, I've seen appeals declined when they are obviously not at work. All of my appeals have been accepted during their working hours.

I think they don't even read them. They just decline them, lol. Na I bet some of them get read. But I doubt all do, because if you think about it they problay get so much per day. Esp. How many accounts they have banned or locked, I can't see it possible for them to look at every single ban appeal, It would problay take 10-20 days before you got a respond from them if they really did read over all of them.
