corrupted file (cannot delete)

iv had some of these before that i could live with untill i reformated but this time its a 800mb file on my desktop. is there a way i can delete it. heres a pic of what it says when i try to delete it.

just a note all i want to do is delete this file i couldent care less what happens to it i just want it GONE

well that didnt work, im gona try to do a error check with default xp thing

Just try messing around with it keep trying to delete it move it right click on it restart computer ect

i do that and it works
