I rented account , for one hour .

I've read the rules so carefully which are :

• Do not leave duel arena without permmision
• Private chat always on
• No breaking of any of Runescape’s in-game rules while using the account. This includes scamming, swearing, macroing, DDosing, Bug Abusing, and RWTing.
• Do not destroy the whip (You will check Charges of whip)
• You are not to change the account display name.
• You are not allowed to give out the account information to anyone else.
• If you ask us to transfer gold for you we are not responsible for any lost gold due to bans while transferring.
• I am not responsible for any valuables if the account is banned while renting.
• If you do not collect your deposit within 1.5 hour you will forfeit your deposit.
  
  I dc'ed and I had 136m on the account , as you can see I still had almsot 40 mins left and he still logged into the account stright up

First of all ive already asked you remove sensitive information where is username and password shown

Then we get to point.
User Leqo bought 1 Hour max main rental service, about 20 minutes in account i gave him offline and he was already left on livechat so i was not able to contact him, i go check account soon as i log in account i found it at duel arena 0 Gp on it so i tought ah customer lost his stakes nothing special. I dont know where he come up i stole his 136m what he claims to be stolen

you have no right to log in on the account
And i Had 136m on my account when I dc'ed and i think you the only one has the user and password

and if you check the screenshots had been edited already .

 

@Leqo - Do you have a recording of your staking? We highly recommend recording yourself at all times during rentals!

 

I did not .

 

This is a highly recommended because in cases like these it becomes word versus word and we have no way to verify either side.

Nearly all account rental services do not allow users to turn private chat off / leave world 2 because they can be trying to get the account banned by botting on it and such (i'm aware you claimed to have DC'd). This is to protect their accounts and you agreed to these terms before renting.
