    The least I would ever recommend is the GTX 550 ti edition. They can be had for around $110-120, but they are worth it.

    If you're going to recommend the Ti version of that card, he may as well get the 560.

    That harddrive you linked to on ebay looks fine. The gpu I linked to will run games like diablo on high settings smoothly according to the reviews on newegg so you should have no problem using it for league of legends.
