I was banned for "Skype Harassment"

I'm not going to try and get around it, I did the same thing to the user that reported me after he did it. Pretty sure the staff can see what "it" is, don't want this to become a more common practice than it already is.

And no, I don't have proof of that he did it and don't really care, he'll get banned soon enough for scamming.

Flaming, Harassment, Trolling:

• Using excessive profanity, insults, or derogatory comments towards another user
• Partaking in behaviour intended to disturb or upset another user
• Deceiving members or staff for fun, humor, or to cause drama
• Posting purposely to anger or to elicit a negative response from others for fun, humor, or to cause drama

Is the rule I broke, more specifically, the bullet point in bold.

I will gladly take the 1 infraction, I don't know whose idea it was to ban me for a month but that's pretty overboard for one case of 'Harassment"

Appreciate the time regardless.

I've MM'd hundreds of dollars worth of trades the day before I was banned alone, I've gone through so many trades and to get banned for a month over something like this is pretty saddening.

 

You went beyond what the infraction is intended to cover, personally I think a 1 month ban is perfectly reasonable for this kind of thing. Someone else is welcome to chime in though

 

In light of new evidence that taurine has "harassed" yet another user, I've reduced this to a 3-day ban. Future offenses will result in much more serious punishment and using these kinds of harassment tools on other users will not be tolerated
