Cole_eagles scammed me

So i purchased and pure from @cole_eagles about 2 months ago. I had some issues with the account that had gotten it locked because of it basically being it 2 different areas(from him selling me the account and then me playing on it for a month)
Basically at that point i sent numerous messaged to him asking him to give me the recovery details since they were not given to me upon the sale i was only given the email/password and the login for the account. after hassling for a week he had told me himself that he was trying to recover the account. now his acting as if the account was taken by someone else but it wasn't because i have an email confirmation of someone outside of "melissa Texas" and he lives outside of that area im not going to say where. but basically here is proof that i had the account and no longer have it.

I would like to wait for him to respond because if he gives me the account back id be willing to let it slide but anyways heres the picture proof. I can give my email and phone number if needed to prove that those aren't mind but you can clearly see thatif you look at the first letter of my email in any of the pictures. thanks ahead of time, i may be a newcomer on this site, but i do a lot of browsing/ purchasing and this is the 3rd time i believe this has happened(one of which i haven't recorded) so it kinda sucks. thanks again.

Also i would like to say that he was online today and hasn't responded to my messages and has the account in his possession so hopefully he'd like to answer now.

 

I will provide the convos of him sharing the account with his brother and his brother getting the account permad and locked with any mod. It’s out of my hands now. He’s the one who got himself screwed and is trying to blame me.

 

sigh it clearly shows that someone from outside melissa texas was on the gmail. Also my brother never had any type of information for the gmail itself. sad that youve come this far. (fun fact ive actually never let my brother on the account seeing that i dont have one, just my excuse for botting) have a good day

 

Imgur Also id just like to point out what i suggested him here. it would take nearly no time to recover the account, if he for some reason actually didn't have the account, and could return it to the person who purchased the account. just to show because he clearly has recovered the email before as showed in my pictures above when he logged onto the account and it clearly shows outside melissa texas. which if you look at the other picture i just posted it says to put in denton texas for the recovery information for where the account was created. just an fyi denton is "right outside" melissa texas.

 

You is dumb, next time you buy an account don't let other people play it and get it banned. Go buy another account but take care of it next time kiddo

 

listen i know what i said, and im not worried about it because like i said, even if i have the account im asking you to recover it now and give it to me? so even if i have it im asking you for a minor thing to recover the email and account(which youve already recovered) and give the details to me. so then i can have them and we can quash all this. my goal is not to get you banned its to go the account back but if you cant do something simple which will give me back the ownership of the account that looks a little fishy doesn't it. especially being that im asking something that youve already admitting to doing in our messages which was trying to recover the account. (which at the time by the way i had never told him to do so, he went on his own and was trying to recover the account without giving me the information to recover, also fishy isn't it?) so like i said iv'e given you an easy way out of this report which is to recover the account right not. which is weird you wont do since you're insisting that my "brother" has it which which wouldn't affect you at all? also one see in the messages above how i said nvm i managed to get it sorry, have a good day? you continued to then continue to "try to recovery" the account after that which you clearly stated in out messages which i can get proof of, and then you actually went and recovered it which i also have picture proof of since of where you live and it showing me. but hey the account isnt banned like i said later on it was locked until you recovered it. which i stated in my first message was from having the account in 2 different places. like i said i left you with an easy option to make everyone happy but you still refuse to do... kinda weird since you claim my "brother" hacked the account with any details or even actually having a brother lols... sad though i figured you were better than a scammer but clearly not...

Oh last thing to anyone who reads this, he already broke TOS when he sold me the account and didn't provide me with all recovery info. and he still hasn't seeing if i use all the information hes given me doesn't work and you can try for yourself lol. please stop lying dude its an ugly trait.

And I will not help you further with the actions. That account was like 60$. Not even worth my time. I gave you all the information pertaining to the account. You lost it. You got it banned. End of story. Buy another account and move on.

 

And to be completely honest I didn’t read that big paragraph above. Probably just nonsense anyway. Umadbro, don’t share accounts next time and it should be all gucci boy.

 

I admit to what i did and i was lying about it, you broke tos by now giving me the full details. And once again if my so called "brother" had the account then you would have no problem doing a full recover of the account and giving it back to me. but it seems like youre not okay with that? because you have the account lol. dont be upset i caught you in a lie. also like i said i have a full picture of you logging on to the email even when the password was changed. doesnt look good to me for you, i have no problem admitting when i do something wrong, but you can keep dragging it out. sad kids now a days hungry over 130m lol can't see straight. i cant recover the account and i never could along with anyone else because you withheld all info... you're actually slow dude..

and yes the account was 130m which at the time was 80 or 90$ which is so not worth youre time that you wont just recover it and give the account back???? lolllllss because you have the account in your possession hahhahaha. such an idiot

 

Iv'e made the point from the beginning, it takes you 10 mins to if that to send in a recovery for both of which that you didnt provide full details for, and then get the information and give it to me, to prove you're innocence... but i guess that 91 thieving i got the account is ssooooo worth it along with the 100s of million gold i have on it. thief lol.

 

the 100s of million of gold was a joke btw for any mods that reads this lol. but i just want to put a hypothetical in your mind, say i did have a brother and actually let him on the account to play, at what point does he become able to recover the email(all the way in texas i might add) and recover the account out of its locked state AND THEN recover the account in general to change the password and everything. keep in mind i couldnt unlock the account because of my ip, and it recognizes texas(where cole_eagles lives) as the place for its creation ip. There was no way i ever get the account even if i wanted to at that point. and now im at loss of money i payed for the account and the account itself, and this kid is trying to ruin my scythe account, which i may have just joined in june but i spend a lot of time on here. thank you hopefully this gets wrapped up soon..
