Cmbt Level 175 Rs3 for 10$

I'm looking to sell a Rs3 account that my brother had for a long time that I no longer would like to have. It hasn't been played on in well over a year. I'm looking to get back into runescape again but I have no wishes to play on a high level account I want to start fresh entirely. I do not want to go through the long process of trying to sell it at a high price. I simply want a 10$ RS membership card code and I will hand over all account information and you will be on your way. I will ask for the code before handing over account info though. I will then attempt to use the code and if everything works I will give you the account username and password to you and we'll be done. The combat level is 175, the account is in good standing but has literally nothing on it (It was cleaned out). You will basically be getting a character with nothing on it but a few rune items and high stats. Post here or pm if you are interested, I want to get this done quick.
