So I sell my sandwich coupons on more than a few forums as well as other traffic sources. I do all the advertisement myself by bouncing around all these places on the internet, and unfortunately, I forget to check in on one/some occasionally. This is ultimately what caused my demise on Sythe. Because my Selly had just been closed my account because I was using CFA copyrighted logo in my banner and they didn't like that, so this also unfortunately closed that route of communication, too. I also temporarily closed for some time a few weeks after I found out I was the ban due to some patches, but then we got back up and we've been back online since. This also made me forget about Sythe even more, and I didn't even think to look here when we opened back up.

I didn't apply for a pardon sooner frankly because I didn't know how or if you even could. Luckily, one of the forum members bought from me from another means of finding my advertisement, and reminded me of Sythe and mentioned getting a pardon and hooked me up with Pahy's discord to pay him back.

Since my ban, for my own sanity, I have tried my best to centralize support and means of contacting me through my site or discord instead of through advertising streams. This allows me to give support much quicker than before and means something like this will not happen again.

Additionally, I have been back selling for quite some time now, and have lots of vouches on discord bots and my new selly:

Happy to show other, broader marketplace forum profiles with reputation systems and show my good standing, this is the only forum I've had any troubles on and I assure you that there will be no more issues. I am sorry to Pahy for not catching his PM's and not getting him his money back right away, however, I am happy I was eventually able to make him whole. I hope you all will forgive me for this mistake of mine.

First I want to apologize to Pahy because I did not repay him for his $50 until just now. I am sorry about that and did not mean for that to ever happen to one of my customers. While I offer my apology, I do hope to explain and rationalize by actions.

I sell my sandwiches on many advertising sources, only one of which being Sythe. When Pahy had PM'd me and eventually raised the dispute, I had not been checking Sythe for some time (as his dispute had mentioned "[Cluck] hasnt been on in a week"). This is why I do apologize, I forgot about Sythe and neglected to check on the site for PMs. Unfortunately the same week Selly closed my account because I was using CFA copyright-ed logos on my banner, which they disapproved of. This meant that one of my other means of communication, Selly queries, were unavailable for Pahy to use.

Later in his dispute, Lahy further goes onto say "I'm sure the guy is legit, bought from him before and they worked fine, but his sellys have been getting suspended and he hasnt logged on sythe". I can assure you this was the case. The reason I didn't pay him back sooner, was because when I eventually remembered Sythe, I went on, logged in, and it said I was banned, so I just logged off, unaware of the ability to request a pardon until a customer who had found me through another means other than Sythe, remembered me from here and mentioned the ability to request a pardon. I jumped on the opportunity, repaid Lahy, and am now here requesting a pardon.

Since my ban on Sythe, I have maintained spotless reputations on many other forums which I would be happy to provide to staff in a private manner. I additionally have had a good reputation on my selly and through discord vouch bots, both of which are displayed below.

In conclusion, I am sorry this happened to Lahy. Since the ban, I have centralized my support to my website and my discord server in order to be able to respond to my customers quicker with support so something like this does not happen again, and I assure you it will not. I hope that Lahy and Sythe members will accept my apology for my mistake and accept me back into this community
