Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: Previous pardon has proof of all victims being cleared of any outstanding debt I have.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Nothing
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Been more than 6 months since all victims refunded, I have taken this time to improve my financial status. More importantly, I have started giving back to the world in mysterious ways to amend my mistakes in the karmic sense. I am grateful to even have this opportunity to pardon after commiting such a crime, it's no wonder why my last pardon was refused. Although, I do believe change is possible, I have made quite a drastic change this year. Just looking to come back to this community, which used to give the real OG runescape players (well I would say still gives) a nostalgic feeling.
