Explain the service:I met him few weeks ago,he seemed like a really cool guy and became my friend or I thought so.He wanted me to train 70/70/70 accounts with some quests.After finishing training I did few quests and got really annoyed that other people buy these accounts for higher price.He basically used a 15 year old kid like a slave.So I said can I get paid few mill less because of the quests.He said alright.Waiting already for 1 month to get paid keeps saying random stuff to not pay me.Like funeral,exams,easter.Now deleted me out of skype,really sad that someone that trusted would scam someone.I hope I can get paid for what I have done

Circle just instantly responded when I asked him something on skype. Can confirm xxdarkzxx123 has told me more times that circle didnt pay and he asked for my help to set up this report.

@xxdarkzxx123 Circle messaged me on skype providing proof he sent you $50 via paypal.

Is there an issue with the payment?

 

I paid the user $50 before this report was made, and before I deleted him off Skype. Notice how he failed to provide proof of his PayPal account? I'd also like to add that he never fully completed the service. He says this himself here, Gyazo - 5d50c711d65bddd31570e7ca561680d9.png. Because he didn't complete the entire service he was paid less. And @Excelont , there is no issue with the payment, it has gone through (Gyazo - d1a6f94cf8c15245d8e45d78e446f245.png).

 

@Excelont CircleTrader fails to mention he paid minutes before the report was made, and that he should have paid about a month ago. That is quite an issue, with the payment.

After not receiving payment for almost a month,I pmed him and said ''im done waiting already'' I decided to make a report..So he had a chance to restart ''reporting section'' and watch if im browsing this thread.I got payed 1 minute before making the report.I didn't receive any notifications on my gmail.And he had to pay me 1 month ago not minute before I posted the report.He still hasn't paid me enough.Because at the start he said he will pay with osrs gp,but ignoring me for a month and then saying he will pay on paypal isn't really trustable,because you can refund on paypal.I was tired of waiting and he asked for my paypal.I told him my paypal and He didn't send money after ~6 hours if im correct.(I can provide screenshots if needed)So he randomly sent me 50$.But he didn't even ask me if I want euros or usd,because if i want to transfer it costs me fee on paypal and he chosed his own rates.So basically if you can sell gold and buy for 1 euro I had to receive 50 euros not 50 usd and that is 45Euros,so I think he's still missing 5 euros.Lets get to the next part.I had to finish the whole order,but we both agreed he will pay me lower.So again he chosed by his own how much he will take off the payment,sorry but 15 euros off for not doing few easy quests (8or 6 I don't remember)quests in total which are completable in 2 hours isn't 7.5 euros per each account.Those quests can cost like 4m max.And my friend pmed him on skype and asked if he sells or buys gold and he answered,yes I can get gold.So in this situation he sells gold to other people but avoiding to pay me.So I want circlegp or someone else to tell how much per quest money he took off .And i'd love to get paid 5 euros atleast more or even more by looking at quest prices.

@CircleTrader failed to mention the time he had made you wait for your efforts. He has to give you the extra 5 euros.

 

@Excelont is this completed or are we still waiting on cirlce to pay the 5?

Circle is on vacation and dealing with IRL alongside. He told me he won't be on for a while. I paid the 5 Euros that you guys DNT'D him for. OP said he would post this was resolved after I said I would pay it but he immideately deleted me and didn't agnkowledge it.

5 euros I gave the dudr have been paid you can close this and remove Circles DNT.
