Chargeback scammers

Dear Sythe,

Did you see that 1 month old profile scamming over 1b+ @DOR ?

He has sold all the gp what you can see @ his postings, but what i wonder is why do people not chargeback him, and refund it to scammed person?

Why don't we allow people who are banned to get chargebacked on the amount rhey've scammed, this would help alot stopping those dirty people

 

This is the case currently, if you get scammed and you paid via pp you can chargeback with a mods approval. Sometimes users don’t want to refund scam victims as they may have accepted pp from this user in the past or they’d lose potential future business.

You need to be banned from submitting suggestions similar to how @A Broken Man was banned from posting in the RAS section.

 

thing is, i mean if scammers had trades that went good with the user who paid with paypal, in a good trade can chargeback with permission of a moderator to retund other user

This isn’t a matter of supporting or not supporting it’s a rule that’s currently in affect. Whether or not people choose to anti scam/chargeback for another user is their choice.

 

I think he's asking that we allow even the "good trades" that went through to be charged back.
Unless I understood that wrong, I think that's not a thing we should allow.

For example:
User A has 100 good trades but decides to scam on the 101st trade.
All previous 100 users should be allowed to charge back their money and donate it to community repayment.


That's what I got from his explanation.

 

What im teying to say is

User A does 100 trades,

Trade 101 he scams 750$

Staff can check his vouches. or people can report it himself and make people chargeback a total worth of 750$, and refund this to scammed user, if more people chargeback they're scamming and should get punished
