    Yeah but the forum itself is called "Feedback" not staff feedback. The thread inside Feedback is called staff feedback. Potentially this thread should be moved then to give feedback on regular users inside the feedback thread?

    What I've garnered from that post is you want to move that thread into the feedback section.

    That sounds like a good idea, but this is a suggestion thread for getting rid of the staff feedback thread and posting staff feedback threads case-by-case, mod-by-mod.

    Yeah. In previous posts I just mentioned that I didn't really know what would be the best option for revamping the Feedback section to fix it. I feel that moving that thread would be a decent start however in the meantime.

    given the very recent occurrences in the present thread, I think the old section would be a lot more beneficial.


    If not, would having two separate threads (one for positive feedback, one for complaints/negative feedback) be a reasonable suggestion?

    Change the Feedback Section back to how it used to be?
    I've been asked to give my opinion on this...

    I think we should just rename the thread to 'General Staff Feedback'. Specific staff feedback can be in its own thread and thus easily open for discussion and comment.

    If staff members want to make a general feedback thread for just themselves I don't see why they cannot do this also...

    Remember its the feedback itself and not the form in which it is given that is important. The feedback section should facilitate feedback rather than hamper it. Therefore rules about how feedback is given should be as laissez faire as possible.
