Challenge account (return player)

Hey guys,

Been out of the OSRS community for more than several months now due to school. Finally graduated and I want to get back in it. Sold my account a long time ago and ready to start anew. Not sure what I want to do though, since there are so many types and variations of accounts you can make. Any ideas for how I could brainstorm what I would want to do? Thanks!

 

Be more specific about what you want. Is it a pk account, Ironman, location restricted and so on

 

Location restricted ironman are cool but very time consuming.

 

I like the idea of a location-restricted account but I know the thousand's of hours that are required. I'm debating on either a 99 prayer skiller or a maxed account. Potentially Ironman. One other reason I sold my account was someone told me I can't say I have the right to be proud of maxing an account if I had skilling done on it. It takes away the achievement. I want to do something where I have fulfillment. Gold is convenient, skilling is convenient for grinds you cba to do. But if those services take away the achievement, it's not worth it to/for me.

 

Thank you so much guys! I think I'm going to go the Ironman route. I've watched some videos and one thing I saw is the happy reactions on people's faces whenever they got silly things like a Rune scimitar, or whatever it may be. That's the kind of OSRS I miss. I think being able to buy a full bandos set is what ruined it for me, because it lowers the sense of accomplishment if that makes sense. Thanks once again everyone

 

Id highly recommend ironman aswell, specially because of the point by getting happy for a Rune scim Have a good one, maybe do a progres thread

 

i recommend ironman, not hardcore due to the pain in the ass osrs servers, just ironman everything is an accomplishment, start doing wintertodt till 99 firemaking...... on the side though make a pker!!

 

It's too bad you're a bit late, because I would've suggested Twisted League. All the fulfillment with less of the monotony

 

i suggest u IROMAN as well , but get ready with a tons for time for it ! GOOD LUCK

 

Do not bother with ironman. Waste of life
Start as a low level pure and see how fast you will get bored
