Promote realistic people please next time, not autists. Congrats.

We promote people that we can see having a good impact on the community.

And i'm sorry but why would we not promote these "autists" you speak of?

It would be an honor to have an autistic person being promoted into the CDT or PR.
Some of the worlds most known geniuses were actually autistic.
A few examples would be Albert Einstein, Mozart, and Charles Darwin.
