Regarding people not being able to be in both the CDT and PR at the same time

@Sythe Please remove PR or CDT from Tyler, been wondering ever since he had it why he got both while I can remember clearly that you had to choose for either CDT or PR not CDT and PR.

Would you be complaining if you were in the CDT? What does it matter to you?

There have been numerous people over the few months who have been in CDT, TC and PR, with various combinations of these teams. I've never seen a "rule" stating you had to chose one over the other.

You really give off a strong "butthurt" vibe when you make threads like these.

 

This was something that was discussed between the founding leaders of the PR team, the current CDT leaders and the founding TCT leaders. This was never a documented rule (afaik) so Richard's not going to know or do anything about it, this is even disregarding the fact that Richard knowingly gave me PR leader when I was a CDT member.

If you believe theres any complications that arise with my activity because of the fact that im a part of two teams or you think there is any conflict of interest please let me know.

Im sure @Mootrucks can attest to my work in the CDT, and overall activity since I have rejoined. And the fact that the community is not telling me I need to resign from PR leader positon and the that the PR team is doing work of merit now tells me I am not failing the PR team in helping @Im Solo get his future directions and goals achieved.

The PRT, CDT, TC, ADT, MI6, CIA, XYZ, and all these other random acronym "community involvement" groups are incompetent, corrupt, and rank whores. What we really ought to do is remove all their ranks.

 

Meh who cares. If people get that hot and horny over ranks then there is something wrong with them. But if they're actively contributing then let em.

 

Yeh actually Richard was very fixed on making sure members of each team weren't mixed between each team, because he didn't want CDT involving in PR etc. I remember otherwise I would of joined PR myself and it was a sorta rule way back when. I've always thought multiple members have abilities to do various things within the teams naturally, like that can mix into other teams. Mootrucks likes to do PR things. @Buyacc you liked to do CDT things.

I asked about PR being merged into CDT or w/e Richard told me PR is reshuffling. The fact that certain members are all apart of different teams gives more reason for merging of teams even with separate aims. Majority of what the teams do or should be aiming to do all mix up anyways, the overlap. I still think it is the perfect time for a merge. I remember @Time To Buy said that was what he assumed a long time ago would happen ? I believe. If I'm mistake @Mootrucks seems to agree to a merge?

 

The merge will only happen if Richard allows it ;p As for the separation issue -- I don't recall Richard ever setting that. When TC was formed, the leaders from each team had a big discussion about our interactions and TC decided that they didn't want any overlap. CDT was always fine with it, and PR was on the fence. We've since found that people are able to be on both teams and contribute well to both. If people don't perform well on a team, then they'll be removed, regardless of how well they're performing on another team.

 

Oh no I don't mean interacting with each other. I meant you couldn't be on multiple teams. Idontknow who set it, must of been Richard otherwise the teams wouldn't have stopped people from joining multiple teams way back.

So is the lack of performance of members on a team enforced and are members being removed if they aren't performing well (aside if their on another team). The last I heard CDT has like 10+ members does everyone do stuff? Like TC?

 

People can work on different things concurrently, This is the reason Island was added to the PR team, We believe even with his time he commits to being a CDT member, he can actively participate in PR activities. @Im Solo and myself have been true to our word that inactivity will not be accepted in the PR team and we have shown that. and I'm sure @Mootrucks will deal with any inactivity issues within his team accordingly.

@Time To Buy has always been a fan or merging the teams.


@Mootrucks is a fan of merging the teams (as far as im aware). He even asked me once if we could give all CDT members PR ranks and all PR members CDT ranks.

Regardless it literally doesn't matter if me, mootrucks, im solo, and ALL of the PR and CDT teams wanted to merge, it is Richards decision and his decision alone. He has publicly stated every single time when asked about it that he has no plans to merge the PR and CDT.
