If you read the thread, both the bloody PR Team and TCT have their heads in the skies.

And I know you gave them little to no power in contrast to those of staff positions. You need to either reinforce their roles and get them to stop swimming in the clouds think we're all below them.

A message I can most of us sythe members can agree on-

TCT, PR Team, we honestly don't give two shits about your conflict. All you're doing is making us turn towards Sythe and think "Gee, Sythe is really desperate for change, so he just formed something which has turned to shit." What you do reflects the Sythe community as a whole.

TCT do your thing, PR do your thing. And stfu.

 

Not sure about the others but IMO the TCT has been together for just a few days and have already released several game servers so I don't think it's "turned to shit". PR have also implemented a few things but will need longer to fully show what they can do.

you've also completely missed the point since the #salt.jpg battle was actually TCT v CDT

What we need is a CDT where half the members aren't half dead doing absolutely nothing

its time the leaders stop being pussies and get rid of dead weight

 

If you want to have a professional well working "team" why in the hell would you support a spam forum thread? And expect legit feedback. You are getting so far from professional... you can't tell the difference between actual real pertinent comments and spam unless you have magical powers, which you don't. Or you wouldn't need a team for something you should have been doing for years.

You are approaching this in the most unprofessional, least courteous way to the old CDT members. You show you have little to no respect for what they have done. You step on their toes and ask for legit feedback from the SF, what the fuck are you thinking?
