CZ/crypto context — in Binance/crypto culture, "4" means "ignore FUD, stay focused.". The hand represents something like what thread, post or section. Could be a thread number but it's to short to represent a thread in the past 5 years. Hopefully this helps someone cause I can't figure it out. Will wait for next clue.

Yeah I also explored that option looking for post with 15 post and/or 15 pages. But I turned up nothing.
